Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and IP BYOMAR (individual entrepreneur, registration number 000603501247), Raiymbek Avenue 590/15, office 113, Almaty, Kazakhstan, the operator of Jel at jel.digital. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

Jel lets a business run its own social accounts from one place: schedule and publish posts to TikTok, Instagram, Threads and YouTube, and automate replies in Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram and e-mail. You connect accounts you own or manage, you upload your own content, and Jel carries out the actions you asked for at the time you asked for them.

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@jel.digital if you suspect someone else has access.

When you connect TikTok, Meta (Instagram, Threads, WhatsApp), Google (YouTube) or Telegram, you also agree to that platform's own terms, and you confirm you are entitled to act for the account you connect. Jelacts on your instructions through the platforms' official APIs. A platform may refuse, delay or remove a post, may change its rules, or may withdraw access — that is outside our control.

You may not use Jel to:

• publish content you have no right to publish, including other creators' work;
• send unsolicited bulk messages, or message people who did not opt in;
• run engagement farms, mass-post across unrelated accounts, or fake activity;
• post content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful, sexual, or harmful to minors;
• circumvent a platform's rate limits, review process or security controls;
• resell or expose the service's API access to third parties without our consent.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we must do so when a connected platform requires it.

Your content stays yours. You grant Jel only the permission needed to store it, process it and deliver it to the platforms you selected. We do not use your content for advertising and we do not train our own models on it.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period. Prices and limits are shown in the app before you pay. A subscription continues until you cancel it; cancelling stops the next charge and leaves access until the paid period ends. Statutory refund rights apply; beyond those, payments for a period already used are not refundable.

We work to keep the service running, but it is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, platform outages and API changes can interrupt publishing. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

To the extent the law allows, Jelis not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss caused by a connected platform's decision. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time; write to support@jel.digital or use the data deletion page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the rules of a connected platform, and we will explain why unless the law prevents it.

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes, and for material updates we notify account holders by e-mail before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are heard by the courts at the operator's place of registration, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
