Data Deletion

You are in control of your data in Jel. There are two ways to have it deleted:

1. Disconnect a channel

In Jel → Settings, remove any connected account (Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram). This immediately deletes its stored access token and all of its subscribers, messages, flows, and broadcasts.

2. Delete your whole account

To delete your Jel account and all associated data, email privacy@jel.digital from your registered address with the subject “Delete my account”. We remove your data promptly and confirm by email.

Removing via Meta

If you connected Instagram or WhatsApp through Meta, removing Jel from your Meta account settings automatically triggers deletion of the connection data we hold for you.
